Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within England, Scotland and Wales. At this time, we do not ship to addresses outside of the UK.

• Delivery Areas We deliver to all addresses within mainland UK, including the Highlands, and Islands, but not Northern Ireland.
• Order Processing (Handling Time)

  We offer a range of products with different production times and production methods. Handmade items, which include corsets, clothing, and modular tool wraps, are handmade to order and can take up to 28 days for Jed to make from scratch. Accessories, such as utility pouches, ties, braces, and cuffs, take Jed between 3 and 5 business days to make. T-shirts and hoodies are printed by our partners, Teemill, in 2 to 3 business days.

  Please note: If you order contains a mix of any of the above product types, they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
• Estimated Delivery (Transit Time) Once shipped, please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. While we strive to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed.
• Shipping Method All orders are sent via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.
• Tracking When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
• Packaging All items will be sent in recycled or recyclable packaging as part of our commitment to sustainability.
